(AMAS, Kidapawan City/August 21, 2014) --–
Nagpapasalamat ngayon ang pamunuan ng Cotabato Police Provincial Office o CPPO
sa mga gun owners at gun clubs mula sa Cotabato at iba’t-ibang lalawigan tulad
ng South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat at Sarangani at mga lungsod ng Davao, General
Santos at Cotabato.
Ayon kay Sr. Insp. Ramel Hojilla, Chief
of Planning and Operations ng CPPO, abot
sa 162 shooters ang aktibong lumahok sa shoot fest na ginanap sa Mt. Apo
Shooting Range na nasa compound ng CPPO noong Aug.16-17, 2014.
Ang mga shooters ay kasapi ng Mt. Apo
Practical Shooters Association of Kidapawan City, Inc. Kabacan Golden Grain
Gun. Inc., M’lang Practical Shooting Association, Inc. Team Pikit, lahat at
pawang mula sa Cotabato province at iba’t-ibang organized shooters mula sa iba
pang mga lalawigan.
Ang 5th Gov Lala Taliño-Mendoza Cup 2014
Shoot fest ay isang level 2 International Practical Shooting Confederation at Philippine Practical Shooting Association
o IPSC at PPSA - Sanctioned Match.
Mayroong 4 na category ang 5th Gov Lala
Taliño-Mendoza Cup 2014 at ito ay ang Open, Classic, Standard at Production.
Nagwagi naman ang mga sumusunod na shooters:
Para sa Open category: Champion – Alwali
Mangudadatu, 1st runner up – Keo Dayle Tuan at 2nd runnep up Ronald Astillero.
Para sa Classic category: Champion – Raul
Tolentino, 1st runner up – James Hope Ferolin, 2nd runner up – Jose Maochi
Suelo, 3rd runner-up – Renato Ramo at 4th runner up Rodrigo Duarte.
Para sa Standard category; 1st runner up-
Datu Rubbil Mangudadatu, 2nd runner up- Ricky Cezar, 3rd runner up – Joel Tan
at 4th runner up Zaldy Mendez.
Para naman sa Production category – Champion
– Jison Ang, 1st runner up – John Paul Tillano, 2nd runner up – Dibo Tuan, 3rd
runner up – Harkey James Octaviano at 4th runner up – Ching Aparente.
Tumanggap naman ng mga cash prizes, plaques
