ON JULY 3, 3014 IN THE DATU BUNDAS L. MAMALUBA SESSION HALL.
The session was called to order by the Presiding Officer at 9:15 in the morning and the following were:

RESOLUTION
CONVEYING THE SINCEREST AND HEARTFELT SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED
FAMILY, RELATIVES AND FRIENDS OF THE GLORIFIED IRAH VANESSA PALENCIA-GELACIO,
WHO JOINED OUR CREATOR LAST JUNE 29, 2014
FROM THE ELECTIVE AND MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
UNIT OF KABACAN, COTABATO.
WHEREAS, on the fateful day of June 29, 2014, thirty
minutes after midnight, Ms. Irah Palencia Gelacio joined our Creator due to
post-delivery complications;
WHEREAS,
born on June 18, 1985, Ms. Gelacio, whose hometown is in Mlang, North Cotabato
lived a full life with her husband Geral Gelacio whom she married on April 28,
2007 and they were blessed with two (2) sons: Ian Carl Gervane and a new-born
baby Prince Ivan John;
WHEREAS,
after she graduated from the University of Southern Mindanao with a degree in
Bachelor of Science in Development Communication in 2005, she deemed it ideal
to serve her Alma Mater and was one of the pioneer work forces of the DXVL KOOL
FM, the university-run radio station;
WHEREAS,
her colleagues in DXVL KOOL FM are
gravely saddened by the loss of a dear friend and co-worker who has dedicated
her skills and capabilities as Broadcast Traffic Officer, Reporter and Sales
and Marketing officer who embodies one who upholds the mission, vision and
objectives of the radio station through development journalism and credible
gathering and delivery of news and other related topics to the listeners of the
station;
WHEREAS,
her sudden demise devastated her family especially her husband and their two
children and put a grief on the hearts of the friends, relatives and listeners
she left behind;
WHEREAS,
this body recognizes the contributions of Ms. Irah Palencia Gelacio to the
society, and she is definitely a great loss to our community, hence this
sincere expression of condolences and sympathy to her bereaved family,
relatives and friends.
WHEREFORE,
on joint sponsorship, the Sangguniang Bayan has-,
RESOLVED,
as it hereby resolves, to convey, as it hereby conveys the sincerest and
heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the bereaved family, relatives, and
friends of the Glorified IRAH VANESSA
PALENCIA-GELACIO, who joined our Creator last June 29, 2014 from the
Elective and Municipal Officials and Employees of the Local Government Unit of
Kabacan, Cotabato.
